I am aware that any person who knowingly allows such a list under his or her control to be used for commercial solicitation or for any other purpose not related to the electoral process is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to punishment under Election Law Article, Title 16, Annotated Code of Maryland.

Candidate filing fees are $25.00, with the exception of Central Committee, which is $10.00

Some items in the price list cannot be paid for online. For example, candidates for office must file in person at the Board of Elections.

** NOTE ** - Additional charges may be incurred when retrieving your product from the Board of Elections. Cost for print-outs, CDs and other miscellaneous charges can not be determined until your order has been fulfilled.
